This Agreement contains various list of policies which apply to an individual or entity or any other item that registers as Buyer / Seller / Worker / Vehicles Owners on MyHeavenHome.com website or/and MyHeavenHome's Android or/and iOS or/and Windows phone application(s) [MyHeavenHome mobile application(s)].

In this Agreement, the terms "company", "we", "us", or "our" means BYT-EYE IT Systems and Solutions Private Limited or any of its affiliate; parent; or group companies and its successors and assigns, as the case may be, and "you" means the applicant [an individual or entity or end-user or any other item that registers as Seller(s)]. The following policies will be deemed to have been accepted by the Buyer / Seller / Worker / Vehicles Owner (User) on usage of the MyHeavenHome.com or/and MyHeavenHome's mobile application(s) without limitation or qualification.

You are requested to read them carefully before you use the services of MyHeavenHome.com or/and MyHeavenHome's mobile application(s). MyHeavenHome.com or/and MyHeavenHome's mobile application(s) is owned, maintained and monitored by BYT-EYE IT Systems and Solutions Private Limited (BYT-EYE). The use of MyHeavenHome.com or/and MyHeavenHome's mobile application(s) is at the sole risk of the person or entity accessing any material on the MyHeavenHome.com or/and MyHeavenHome's mobile application(s).

It is the responsibility of the worker or/and professional to adhere to the terms & conditions, privacy policy, shipping, refund, return & cancellation policies and other related policies. As soon as the user of the corresponding apps. / website starts using the MyHeavenHome app. or/and MyHeavenHome.com and its corresponding mobile applications all the material provided by the user of the corresponding apps. / website belongs to MyHeavenHome Realty and Infra Solutions Private Limited and if user feels that (s)he doesn't want to provide any information MyHeavenHome Realty and Infra Solutions Private Limited, (s)he can refrain from using the MyHeavenHome apps. or/and MyHeavenHome.com and its corresponding mobile applications immediately. No communication will be entertained in this regard without proper justification. These terms and conditions will be updated on regular basis and the user of the corresponding app. / website continued use of the MyHeavenHome app. or/and MyHeavenHome.com and its corresponding mobile application(s) will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payments and Logistics Partners information:

Payments and Logistics Partners Information :
We offer you multiple payment methods like UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Partner’s Wallet and American Express cards. For the above payment modes our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology. The Coupon amount (if any) will be paid to the Worker or/and Professional to the bank account mentioned by Worker or/and Professional. The Worker / Professional has to negotiate with the potential buyer (a person or/and an entity that hires your services) regarding the payment, working conditions, place of work, hours of work etc. directly. We are just facilitator for you to get a business or work. We are no way related to payment, working conditions, place of work, hours of work etc. between you and the potential buyer. It is the responsibility of the Worker / Professional to get collect the payment for his/her/its work or/and his/her/its team work from the potential buyer. In these kind of cases, we don’t have any role to play and don’t have any responsibility.
The Coupon amount (if any) will be paid to the Vehicle or/and Equipment owner to the bank account mentioned by Vehicle or/and Equipment owner. The coupon (if any) amount (if the construction material buyer uses your coupon, which is provided by MyHeavenHome) or/and commission (if any) or/and referral amount (if any) will be credited into your bank account (as per bank details available in our records) after the return period of the construction material buyer is completed. It is the responsibility of the Vehicle\'s or/and Equipment\'s Owner to provide correct bank account details to the company. Company has the right to withdraw the coupon offer with or without notice if it comes to know that the Vehicle\'s or/and Equipment\'s Owner or/and buyer cheated the company while availing this offer. Company has the right to recover the amount legally from the Vehicle\'s or/and Equipment\'s Owner, if the company finds that the Vehicle\'s or/and Equipment\'s Owner encashed the coupon money illegally. Please note that there will be limited period offers for coupon validation and encash. The amount that you get varies from one coupon / commission / referral amount to another. Please contact MyHeavenHome for exact amount that you will get for the coupon or/and as commission / referral amount. Company has the right to withdraw any of the offers (including but not limited to coupon, commission, extra discount, referral amount etc.) with or without notice to the user at any time. The amount that you earn from us is subject to applicable government's taxes and any other cess deduction.
The vehicle/equipment owner has to negotiate with the potential buyer (a person or/and an entity that hires your services) regarding the payment, working conditions, place of work, hours of work etc. directly. We are just facilitator for you to get a business or work. We are no way related to payment, working conditions, place of work, hours of work etc. between you and the potential buyer. It is the responsibility of the vehicle/equipment owner to get collect the payment for his/her/its work or/and drivers’ or/and operators' work from the potential buyer. In these kind of cases, we don’t have any role to play and don’t have any responsibility.
MyHeavenHome's Seller app. or/and MyHeavenHome Seller app. or/and MyHeavenHome.com and its corresponding mobile application makes the payment to the Material Seller through electronic transfer or/and cheque or/and NEFT/RTGS/IMP.
For the above payment modes the corresponding bank's payment gateways are used.
All orders are fulfilled by the Material Seller(s) are either Material Seller's vehicle or MyHeavenHome's hired vehicle or Material Buyer's vehicle or any third party's vehicle.

All orders are delivered by our Seller/Vendors using either Material Seller's vehicle or MyHeavenHome's hired vehicle or Material Buyer's vehicle or any third party's vehicle available in their cities.

Buyer Process flow to purchase the product & service (end to end):

User searches the product/service.

Go through the product/service details.

Checks if product/service is available at user’s PIN Code.

If it is available then add it to the cart.

Proceeds to check out, add user’s address and selects the suitable time of delivery.

Fill the payment details.

The order will be placed for the address specified.

Properties Selling Process:

User selects the option 'sale' after clicking Govt. Layout Properties.
Then select the location.
If the user is not log-in then it will prompted to enter log-in credentials otherwise to Sign Up.
After successful log-in the user has to click Add Property button and enter the property details.
MyHeavenHome's doesn't play any role in the purchase process except providing the contact details of the Property Seller.

Properties Purchase Process:

User searches for the Properties.
Goes through the Properties details.
Checks if Property is available for sale.
If it is available then user gets the seller contact information after Sign Up and successful log-in of the application.
MyHeavenHome's doesn't play any role in the purchase process except providing the contact details of the Property Seller.

Workers Hiring Process:

User clicks the Worker type (for example, Plumbers).
After User successfully log-in, MyHeavenHome prompts the user to confirm if it is fine to assign the Worker or not. Also asks if it is fine to call up the user.
Once user confirms then the user will be contacted by MyHeavenHome and provide the details of the concerned Worker for free of cost.
MyHeavenHome\'s doesn\'t play any role in the hiring process of the Worker except providing the contact details of the Worker.

Vehicle Hiring Process:

User clicks the Vehicle type (for example, Dump Truck).
After User successfully log-in, MyHeavenHome prompts the user to confirm if it is fine to assign the Vehicle or not. Also asks if it is fine to call up the user.
Once user confirms then the user will be contacted by MyHeavenHome and provide the details of the concerned Vehicle for free of cost.
MyHeavenHome\'s doesn\'t play any role in the hiring process of the Vehicle except providing the contact details of the Vehicle Owner.

Shipping Policy:

All the orders will be fulfilled between 5AM-8AM. The estimated dates for orders will be shown under My Orders of the registered user. Depending on the quantity and distance, the material will be supplied using the seller/vendor/MHH vehicles. Please refer "Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy" for Return, Refund & Cancellation of the orders.

(For Service Receiver/Buyer) Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy

MyHeavenHome’s focus is to provide complete customer satisfaction.
In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, it will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from MyHeavenHome services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. MyHeavenHome’s policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: Cancellation Policy The Material Order cancellation will be allowed only before the material (item or product) is loaded into the vehicle. Once, the material is loaded onto the vehicle, cancellation is not allowed. The client immediately call at +91 907 10 10 007 and inform the reason for cancellation and / or send mail to cancellations@byt-eye.com along with order number and invoice number.

Return & Refund Policy

MyHeavenHome tries its best to deliver the best Material to its clients.

Return & Refund will be done in the following circumstances:
If Material received is completely different from the one ordered.
Example, you ordered 9” x 4” x 3” brick whereas you received 9” x 4” x 2”. In this case, MyHeavenHome accepts the material return and refund the amount within 72 hours.
If Material is damaged or tampered or defective.
The Refund will be made only when MyHeavenHome is informed with the required details before the material is unloaded at your location. The client call at +91 907 10 10 007 and inform the reason for refund and / or send mail to cancellations@byt-eye.com along with order number and invoice number.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Return & Refund will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
If the material is partially used.
If the material is unloaded at Buyer's location.
If the material is tampered or damaged by Buyer.

(For Material Seller) Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy

If the order is cancelled by the Service Receiver (Buyer) then you (Service Provider) have to bear all the costs involved in collecting the material from the Buyer. You have to fully refund the order amount.
Return & Refund Policy

MyHeavenHome tries its best to deliver the best Material to its clients.
